April 2008 - RCB have secured their latest £1m project, working for Linpave Building
Ltd, on the refurbishment of an Industrial Park in Maidstone. The site consists
of the refurbishment of 7500m² existing building and the construction of 5500m² of
new build.
News Item 2 :
April 2008 - We are actively seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Control Manager. We
are looking for long term commitment to join our friendly, relaxed atmosphere & regime.
You will be required to monitor, chart and have strict document control of the financial
progress of individual contracts with values £50k - >£1.5m. Ensure invoicing and
valuations are raised on time, agree valuations, final accounts and any other financial
matters with client/contractors. Agree payment dates, chase payments, report to
the MD for work in progress, cash flow, secured contract values. Help keep labour
records, including records of payments to subcontractors, agree extra/overs and instructions.
Mainly office based although odd site visits maybe required.
